Exporting and analysing results

Export up to 800 property records from your search results into a downloadable CSV file for further analysis, prospecting, or record-keeping.

How to export property records

  1. Click the Waffle icon on the homepage top-right to open Relab Premium
  2. Search for properties by entering a city, suburb, or street name, or use the map view to select your target area
  3. Use the filters on the left-hand side to refine your search results
  4. Click the black Export button located at the top middle of the page
  5. Select how many records you want to export (you can export up to 800 records)
  6. Click the Export button to confirm your export selection. The CSV file will automatically download to your computer's downloads folder

What information is included in the export

Each CSV export includes the following property data fields:

  • Property number, address, suburb, and city
  • Ownership details and title information
  • Land size (m²) and floor area (m²)
  • Capital value and land value
  • Zoning information
  • Bedroom and bathroom count
  • Wall and roof materials
  • Listing details: agency, listing status, listed date, price type, days on market, asking price
  • Rental information: rental status, rental price, rental listed date if applicable
  • Sale history: sold price and sold date

Do I need a Relab Premium Plan to use this feature?
Yes, the Premium Export feature requires a Relab Premium Plan subscription.

What happens if my search returns more than 800 properties?
You can export up to 800 records from any search. The export will include the first 800 properties from your filtered results.

Can I choose which fields to include in my export?
The CSV export includes a standard set of property data fields. All fields listed above are automatically included in every export.

Is there a limit to how many times I can export?
No, there is no limit to how frequently you can export property records. However, please note that information downloaded from exported CSV files cannot be used for unsolicited direct marketing, nor can it be included in recipient lists that you provide to other parties who are likely to use them for unsolicited direct marketing purposes.
