Find multiple properties at once

The Multi-Select Tool in Relab Pro lets you instantly analyse multiple properties by drawing a custom boundary on the map—perfect for evaluating development sites, assessing neighbourhoods, or gathering bulk property data with just a few clicks.

How to Use the Multi-Select Tool

Getting Started

  1. Click the Multi-Select Tool icon (connected dots toggle) located in the bottom right corner of your map in Relab Pro.
  2. Click anywhere on the map to start drawing the area you want to select. You will see a teal dot and lines in the area you have selected.
  3. Once you have defined your area, click anywhere on the highlighted teal area to confirm your selection. This will highlight the area in red with red boundaries.
  4. The Multi-Select pop-up summary will display the number of properties found, combined CV, and total land size of the selected properties.

FAQs

What's the maximum properties you can analyse with the Multi-Select tool?

The Multi-Select pop-up summary displays details for up to 100 properties from your selected area. However, when you click on a single property with multiple units—like an apartment building—the tool now shows all units within that property, even if there are 200+ units. This expanded capacity applies to units within individual buildings (such as apartments in one complex). The 100-property limit still applies when selecting standalone properties across different locations.

How do I view a list of all properties, not just recent sales?

To view a list of all properties within a selected area, even if they have not been recently sold, you can use the Multi-Select tool. You can also check out the Finding and Selecting Comparables article if you're looking for an analysis tool to find comparable or recent listings and sales. If you want more customisation, you can check out our CMA polygon tool article.

How do I get a list of all the owners in an apartment complex or a specific area?

Use the Multi-Select tool to draw around the area to get a Multi-Select pop-up summary with the number of properties found, combined CV, and total land size of the selected properties.

How do I work out the total land area and value of two or more properties?

Use the Multi-Select tool to draw around two properties to get a Multi-Select pop-up summary which will show the total Land Size of both properties.
