Pro Plan is perfect if you're doing deep research on specific properties. You'll get all the analysis tools, valuations, and comparisons you need for thorough due diligence.
Premium Plan lets you scan the entire market for opportunities. You get everything from Pro, plus access to both on and off-market properties so you never miss a deal.
Team Plan is built for companies and groups. It includes all your base plan features either Pro or Premium, with added features for managing users, centralised billing, and unconditional sales data* for REINZ members.
