Step 1: Go to CMA Centre and click Get Started on the Create New CMA card
Step 2: The Select Subject Property dialog will open. Click Select Multiple Properties below the search bar.
Step 3: The dialog will change to Select Properties. Type your first property address into the search bar and select it from the dropdown.
Step 4: The Confirm Property dialog will open showing the property details on a map. Click Add To CMA in the bottom-right corner to confirm.
Step 5: You will be taken back to the Select Properties dialog with your first property listed. From here you can:
- Click + Add Another Property to search for and add more properties (up to 5 total)
- Use the up and down arrows next to each property to reorder them
- Click the star icon next to a property to set it as the primary property
- Click the red x to remove a property from the list
Step 6: Repeat the search and confirm process for each additional property you want to include. Each time you add a property you will be taken back to the Select Properties dialog.
Step 7: When you have added all properties, click Continue With [number] Properties at the bottom of the dialog.
You will be taken into the CMA Editor and the Select Comparables dialog will open automatically. From here, build your CMA as normal.
Inside the CMA Editor
Once in the CMA Editor, you will see a Property Components section at the top of the left panel showing all your selected properties. The property marked Primary is used as the main subject property in the report.
The Combined Totals panel below shows the combined land area, floor area, CV, and LV across all selected properties.
To add another property from within the editor, click Add Property (X Remaining) in the Property Components panel. You can add properties here up to the 5-property limit.
