Planning Report
How to create a Relab Planning Report
- Navigate to the REPORTS button on the property details panel and click Planning Report
- Select Free Relab Planning Report, then click Customise Report
- Add your business information (optional - for client-facing reports). If you don't need this, simply click Next
- Select which pages you want to include in the report
- Enter the Property Valuation Range and Rental Valuation Range
- Then click Place order to generate your report
🔥Hot Tip: Use the REINZ estimated value or QV estimate from the property details panel for accurate valuation ranges when you enter the property valuation range. Note: these fields are not automatically populated.

How many free Relab Planning Reports do I get with my subscription?
You get 20 free Relab Planning Reports per month included in your Relab Pro or Agent Plan. The same applies if you have added Premium to your plan.
How much do Relab Planning Reports cost?
Relab FREE users can purchase planning reports for $34.50 + GST. Paid plan members get 20 free Relab Planning Reports per month, with additional reports priced at $17.00 + GST.
Why is the Relab Planning Report not available in my area?
The Relab Planning Report is only available in Auckland for these zones:
- Mixed Housing Suburban
- Mixed Housing Urban
- Terrace Housing and Apartment Buildings
- Mixed Use
It is not available in single-house zones.
