How to Update Your User Details
- Click on My Relab in the upper right corner of your screen
- Select My Account
- Update your information:
- Email Address: Click in the email field, enter your new email, then click Update Email
- Mobile Number: Click in the mobile field, enter your new mobile number, then click Update Mobile
Each field saves independently when you click its update button.
What You Can Update
Email Address Your login email address for accessing Relab.
Mobile Number Your contact mobile number.
Password To change your password, see our Password Management guide.
What You Cannot Update
Profile Photo Profile photo uploads are not available at this time.
User ID Your user ID cannot be changed once your account is created.
CMA Details To update your professional details that appear in CMA reports (agent name, business information, logo), use the CMA Profile feature instead.
FAQs
Will changing my email affect my login? Yes, your email address is your login username. After updating your email, use your new email address to log in to Relab.
Why can't I upload a profile photo? Profile photo uploads are not currently available in Relab. This feature may be added in future updates.
How do I update my agent details that appear in CMAs? Agent and business details that appear in your CMA reports are managed separately through your CMA Profile, not through your user account settings.
What's the difference between My Account and CMA Profile? My Account controls your login credentials and personal contact information. CMA Profile controls the professional details that appear in your CMA reports and presentations.
