⚠️ To use this Title Keywords Search, you must have access to the Relab Premium Plan.

What you can find

  • Special properties - Locate unique characteristics like party walls, easements, or heritage restrictions

How to Use Title Keywords Search

  1. Open Relab Premium (Waffle icon on homepage)
  2. Open your saved list or start a new search
  3. Find Ownership & Title in the right-hand filters
  4. Scroll to Title Keywords and enter your keyword
  5. Click the + icon to apply the keyword search 

Search Tips

Use quotation marks for precise multi-word searches in the Title Keyword Search

  • General Capital finds properties with "General" OR "Capital"
  • "General Capital" finds only properties with this exact phrase

Perfect for searching company names, full personal names, names containing numbers, specific legal terms.

The Title Keywords feature in Relab Premium searches through all text that appears on the first page of property titles, including:

  • Owner names - Individuals, companies, trusts, and other entities
  • Lender/mortgagee names - Banks, finance companies, and other mortgage holders
  • Special annotations - Property descriptors like "party wall", "easement", "covenant"
  • Legal descriptions - Title references, lot numbers, and legal identifiers
